//woman at 2nd Cup cafe, Queen & John. Nikon 8800.
Waiting on a friend in the back of this 2nd Cup, I had hardly taken note of this woman coming in, ordering a drink and sitting on one of the high tables across from me. When did that change? When I suddenly heard her voice reverberating (like a Simon n Garfunkel recording) off the wall. She was talking on a cell phone and (I assume) to have some kind of privacy in doing so, was now leaning forward, head first(body next), into the corner. Her muffled voice just boomed in the little space. Before long, her face was so pressed into the wall that it just looked ridiculously uncomfortable. This went on for 10 motionless minutes. I wanted to laugh. Maybe you had to see it, but I tried to capture it regardless.
